Just a quick one today (as I’m trying to both cook and watch the 6 Nations ).
One of my favourite things is cooking, particularly for friends – which is exactly what I am doing now. On the menu tonight:
– Butternut Squash soup with Creme fraiche and chilli (and homemade bread rolls)
– Slow roasted pork shoulder with Chinese inspired gravy, mash and greens
– Apple and Blueberry Crumble and Custard (made by Charlotte).
It’s going to be a gorgeous night!
